Initial Liaison

Once we receive your enquiry form, our Administration Manager will confirm receipt by reply email, request any additional documentation (if applicable) and arrange an initial phone call with Director Matt.

Meet With Us

For construction-ready projects, we conduct a site inspection and meeting to provide you with our company overview and discuss your project vision, desired style, plans, preferences and the building process. For concept-phase projects, we schedule a structured, agenda-based meeting that covers our company overview and the design, pre-construction and building processes.

Matthew and Blake from On Point Building did our substantial renovation in August 2020 and finished up early 2021.
The renovation included a new extension to our Californian bungalow and re-modelling within the existing building. This resulted in a new kitchen, main bathroom, laundry, lounge room, dining room and pergola to the extension and an en suite, new wooden flooring (including skirts and architraves) and repairing plaster walls and ceilings. Basically, a whole new house. Outside Matthew and Blake also repaired my brick porch and remodelled my roof as well as designing and installing my lean to and other pergola down the side.
I found Matthew and Blake professional, hardworking and honest and would not hesitate to recommend them. His attention to detail, work ethic and honesty saved me time and money I am also confident that if any issues with any part of the build needs any repair (but I highly doubt there would be), Matt would be there. Both my family and I are enjoying the second Sydney lockdown in comfort and warmth.
