To get started, please reach out to us by completing our website contact form. Our enquiry form contains targeted questions to help us assess your project and assist you effectively.
Initial Liaison
Once we receive your enquiry form, our Administration Manager will confirm receipt by reply email, request any additional documentation (if applicable) and arrange an initial phone call with Director Matt.
Meet With Us
For construction-ready projects, we conduct a site inspection and meeting to provide you with our company overview and discuss your project vision, desired style, plans, preferences and the building process. For concept-phase projects, we schedule a structured, agenda-based meeting that covers our company overview and the design, pre-construction and building processes.
Pre-Construction Consultation Process (PCCP)
PCCP Contract: Following the initial meeting, we will send you our PCCP contract documentation for review and electronic signature.
Collaborative Consultation: We work closely with you and an architect or draftsperson to provide expert construction advice and costing input during the design phase, ensuring your concept plans align with your vision, style, expectations and intended project investment and are ready for Council/Certifier submission.
Proposal: Following the finalisation of architectural and engineering plans, we prepare a comprehensive project proposal. Once you receive Council/Certifier approval, you then have the option to proceed to the construction phase with us.
Construction-Ready Projects (CR):
Proposal: Following the initial meeting, Matt will draft a detailed project proposal based upon your final architectural plans, Council/Certifier approval and any relevant documentation such as engineering plans.
Construction Contract: Upon acceptance of our proposal, we prepare a construction contract for you to review and sign electronically.
Construction: We then develop a comprehensive, customised project schedule and construction will commence on-site.
Weekly Walk-Through: Matt meets with you weekly during construction to conduct progress walk-throughs to keep you informed and updated on your project.
Selections: During the construction phase, we discuss and finalise your selections for fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
Handover: Upon completion of your build, Matt will conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure your expectations have been met and home dreams have been achieved!
Ongoing Support: Stay in touch with us! We are here to assist you transition into your home or with your investment property.

Custom builders work closely with you to ensure that your project is able to be built in accordance with your individualised plans, including the size and layout of your block and existing dwelling.

Our Pre-Construction Consultation Process (PCCP) allows homeowners and investors to work closely and collaborate with us, along with an architect or draftsperson, prior to building plans being created or Council / Certifier approvals being granted. The goal is to ensure that the project design not only aligns with your vision but is also feasible and within your intended project investment.
Our services can also be engaged for minor works building projects without the need for formal plans.
You are also always welcome to bring your own plans to us!

Yes! We are experienced in completing projects that meet the requirements of bush fire ratings BAL-40 (very high risk) and BAL-FZ (flame zone - extreme risk).

Our Managing Director, Matt, is directly involved with and oversees every project. Matt will conduct weekly on-site meetings and walk-throughs with you to keep you informed and updated on your project every step of the way.
